Parent Election Notice

Nominations are open for the election of five parent representatives to the school board.

All eligible voters, who are on our electoral roll, will receive a nomination form either by email or post. Use this form to nominate yourself or someone in your community. You will also receive a nomination cover letter calling for nominations. Information on who is not eligible to be a board member is provided with the nomination form.  If you have a child enrolled in year 6 at a nearby years 1-6 (contributing) primary school you can also participate in this election.  Contributing schools have been asked to forward contact information for eligible voters to be included in our electoral roll.

The electoral roll is held at the school and can be viewed during normal school hours.  We encourage you to check you are on the roll, particularly if you have not received a nomination form.  The supplementary roll closes on Monday 1 August 2022.

Nominations close at noon on 3 August 2022. You may provide a signed candidate statement and photograph with your nomination.  If you need more nomination forms, contact the school office.

As nominations are received, there will be a list of candidates’ names kept at the school up until election day, which you can view.

If more than 5 nominations are received there will need to be an election and voting forms will be posted to all those on the electoral roll.  Voting will close at 4pm on 7 September 2022.
